ii.Getting started

Download it for macOS or Windows from the buttons at the bottom of this page, open the installer, and sign in. It’s free to start.

Choose your provider and follow the steps Ramosa shows. For most providers you sign in with an app password or an authorization code, and Ramosa walks you through getting one for your provider.

Yes. Your mailboxes read together in one inbox, or one at a time. Free has one mailbox, Standard up to three, Pro unlimited.

iv.The wheel

Receipts, deliveries and alerts never crowd your inbox. They wait in the notification wheel at the bottom of the window.

Scroll over the wheel. Each notch files one notification away. Scroll to the end and you’re all caught up.

When a code arrives, Ramosa shows it at the bottom of your screen. Click once and it’s on your clipboard. Codes you don’t use wait in the wheel.

v.Replying

Press Reply and Ramosa reads the thread, offers three directions, then drafts the one you pick — formal, warm or brief, in your recipient’s language.

No. Nothing is ever sent without you. The draft waits for you to read, change and send it.

vii.Something’s off

Ramosa shows a new message once it has been read and sorted, so it can appear a moment after your phone gets it. It checks your mail server regularly and keeps trying if a connection drops.

Its password or authorization code has stopped working — often after you changed it with your provider. Open Settings and reconnect that mailbox with a new one.

When the AI can’t be reached, or your weekly usage has run out, new mail still arrives — marked as unsorted, without a notification. Sorting resumes on its own.
