Each plan gives Ramosa a weekly allowance for reading and drafting. It renews on a rolling 7 days, not on a calendar week, so there is no Monday rush and nothing to save up.
You return to Free. Your mailboxes and your mail stay exactly where they are; Ramosa simply has less room to read and write for you until you upgrade again.
